Firstly, we should take nearly 20 0000yuan to build a new house and decorate it beautifuly. Then we can rent the new house to other people who want to use it to make money, and without any doubt, we can earn at least 2 0000yuan per year from renting the house.
And five years later, we gonna get 10 0000yuan from the rent. At that moment we may refresh our house and sell it, personally, we may earn another 30 000yuan by selling our house and the ground right there.
You can inmagine that you and my mother can earn another at least 10 0000 yuan during the five years, that means you jusr need to earn 2 000 yuan per year, not even hard for you guys, huh?
It will be 50 000yuan totally in 2016, right three years after i graduate from the uni, and i gonna need that amout of money at that moment.
I plan to buy a new house in city, the price of the house maybe 65 0000yuan or so, and i will rent it to others as well, just like what we did in the countryside. And i can rent another big house using the money from renting my own house.
And the rent of my house will be 10 0000yuan per year and i can take 2 0000 from it to rent another one. That means i can get 8 0000yuan per year only from my house without our salaries.
Five years later, i will get 40 0000yuan just by rent the house.
And i gonna have:
70 0000+40 0000=110 0000yuan in 2021 without any salaries from both my wife and me, and i will be 31 years old at that moment.
But if we can earn some money from the salaries and other fields, we gonna have nearly 120 0000yuan in 2021, and right then i will be 31 years old.
And i strongly believe that i gonna make much
more than 120 0000yuan when i gonna be 31 years old in 2021!
